My Mood In a Planner- Free Printable

I've been suffering from serious depression for the last couple years. I've been doing better lately. I'm off all my meds, I'm months out of an emotionally abusive relationship, I'm in therapy. I'm usually ok. I noticed last week that I suddenly dropped into a depression that lasted a few days. There was no obvious reason for it, but I did suspect that PMS may be the culprit. I'm still getting used to having hormonal fluctuations again after having been on birth control pills for years. So, for the sake of being mindfully aware of my state of mind and the vulnerability factors at play, I started looking for a mood tracker that would allow monthly cycle related mood changes to stand off the page easily, so I could see just how much my hormones are at play in my depression and anxiety. I found a few trackers that would work, but they all had moods and often had the colour codes pre-filled in for me. I wanted to be able to customize it a bit more. So, this is what I came up with. I'll share a PDF for easy printing, and I'll share the original textmaker file in case anyone wants to customize the file for themselves. Textmaker is a free word processing application, which has a ton of functionality for a free application and works great for me! It can be found at here and I promise no one paid me to say that.

This is what my mood tracker looks like in my big happy planner with a few days worth of tracking filled in:

Click the following for various PDF sizes: Letter (or big Happy Planner), Happy Planner Classic, A5, Personal

These files are for personal use only. Please credit me with a link to my blog if you want to share them with your planner buddies. This is my first free printable, with hopefully more to come!

ETA: I wasn't thinking about margins and punching holes when I made the various sizes. First printable, I'm still super new to this. So, you may want to check for that when you print yours out. The standard size has default margins and definitely works fine.
